After getting settled into stride on the backstretch, It’s Bobs Business began to quickly make up ground on the turn. He was in full flight while coming four-wide into the stretch, easily taking the lead and running up the score late.
Now a perfect 2-for-2, the Lothenbach Stables homebred has earned $81,000. The second foal out of Sales Call, It’s Bobs Business hails from the same family as Carter H. (G1) winner Swagger Jack and Bonnie Miss S. (G2) winner Tap Dance.
Bolt d’Oro now has a remarkable eight stakes horses, including three stakes winners, from his 15 overall winners from his first crop. His colts Pop d’Oro and Agency are entered in Sunday’s Del Mar Futurity (G1). He also has a total of 39 individuals catalogued in the Keeneland September Yearling sale, which kicks off on Sept. 12.
