Mitole, who had a pair of very impressive stakes winners last weekend, kept his hot streak going Wednesday at the OBS Spring 2-year-old sale with hip No. 363 selling for $380,000.

The chestnut filly was consigned by Tom McCrocklin, agent and bred by Rustlewood Farm. Glassman LLC, Leon Ellman, and Laurie Plesa were the winning bidders for the Florida-bred filly.

The filly comes from a very solid family. Her dam Sadie Be Good was multiple stakes-placed and has produced a pair of stakes-placed winners from three foals to race. This is also the family of graded stakes horse and sire It’sallinthechase.

Mitole’s stakes winners last weekend were the ultra-sharp sprinter Booth, who dominated the Count Fleet Sprint H. (G3) at Oaklawn Park, and Shisospicy, who showed a swift turn of foot in winning Keeneland’s Limestone S.
