Into Mischief yearling sells for $727K in Japan

Into Mischief’s role as a leading sire in the United States is having an impact internationally as well. On July 8 at the Japan Horse Racing Association’s Select Yearling Sale a colt by the Spendthrift stallion sold for $727,273.
Consigned by the powerhouse operation Northern Farm, the colt is the first foal out of Final Decision, who is a half-sister to Informed Decision, an Eclipse Champion Female Sprinter who was a ten-time graded stakes winner.
Into Mischief has had stellar U. S. sales results this year as well. His 2-year-olds have averaged $375,853, with four individuals bringing more than $1 million. He has six lots in the July 9th Fasig-Tipton Sale, the unofficial kickoff to the summer yearling auction calendar.
