His 2022 crop of yearlings are his best-bred to date, hailing from a $175,000 bred-on stud fee from 2020. They were led in the first two sessions by Hip 359, a $1,350,000 filly out of Nina Fever purchased by Courtlandt Farm. She was bred by Michael Hui and sold by Upson Downs Farm.

Day 1 closed out with Hip 117 commanding $1,150,000 from Whisper Hill Farm from the consignment of Glennwood Farm, also the breeder of the blue-blooded filly out of the Galileo (Ire) mare Wildwood Rose (Ire).
