Itsmyluckyday colt co-fastest on Day 1 at F-T Midlantic

Millionaire and Grade 1 winner Itsmyluckyday will have four juveniles in the May 20-21 Fasig-Tipton Midlantic Sale of 2-year-olds, including a colt who turned in a 10.1 work during the Under Tack Show, co-fastest time of the session for an eighth of a mile.

SBM Training and Sales is the consignor of the dark bay colt, hip No. 167, who will sell during Monday’s session.

The colt’s dam Golden Gal has had three foals to race, all winners. She is a half-sister to stakes winner Land Boom and hails from the family of champions Silent Screen and Silverside.

Itsmyluckyday, who stands this year at Spendthrift Farm for $3,500, has been a top-10 sire of his crop by winners in each of his first two years.
