Dame Plata keeps hot streak going for Cross Traffic

Veteran stakes performer Dame Plata tallied his third career black type win on May 3 with a victory in the $50,000 Highland Ice S. at Will Rogers Downs.

The 6-year-old by Cross Traffic has a total of seven stakes wins or placings, and has finished in the top 3 in 20 of his 27 lifetime starts. The gray/roan is owned by Ann Sachdev and Lori Bravo and has earned $372,201.

Bred by Sugarland Thoroughbreds, LLC, Dame Plata is out of the stakes-placed Dana’s Lucky Lady and is a full brother to multiple stakes winner Rush Hour Traffic and half-brother to Grade 1 winner La Glamorosa.
