Cinema Doll plays winner’s role for Jimmy Creed
June 29, 2017
Cinema Doll became Jimmy Creed’s fourth winner from just six starters on June 28 when the 2-year-old filly powered to a 3 1/2-length maiden win at Churchill Downs.
Cinema Doll, who tracked in fourth early in the 5 1/2-furlong contest, hit the front with about a furlong to run and quickly pulled away for the victory.
The winner is the second foal out of Look Who’s Ritzy, who is a half-sister to millionaire and multiple Grade 1 winner Silver Wagon and three-time stakes winner Rehoboth.
Jimmy Creed is the only First-Crop Sire with four winners, including Admiral Jimmy, his first winner who set a 4 1/2-furlong track record in his debut at Gulfstream Park.
