Omaha Beach had his best result to date at the OBS Spring 2-year-olds sale on Wednesday when hip No. 322 sold for $700,000 from the Eddie Woods consignment.

The winning bidders were the Three Amigos of Pegram, Weitman and Watson, long-time clients of trainer Bob Baffert.

The bay colt had posted a swift 10 second-flat workout during the Under Tack show.

Out of the Quiet American dam Reason, the Kentucky-bred is a half-brother to the stakes-placed duo of Bedard and Barilko. He was bred in Kentucky by In the Arena Enterprises LLC & Jay Justiss.

Omaha Beach is currently second on the 2025 Third-Crop sire list, sitting just behind fellow Spendthrift stallion Maximus Mischief. His nine stakes horses include Grade 2 Santa Monica S. winner Kopion and Normandy Coast, impressive winner of the Palisades S. April 6 at Keeneland.
